• To enable the Company to fully use the system we advise the following method be used:

Investigate the current systems in place and report

Change management to pave the way for the new system
Migrating current systems data to MunAdmin…
6 months on-site training where employees of MunComp Systems will be on-site for training and handholding to ensure that the system is fully implemented and used.
Refresher courses at our venues in Pretoria to transfer skills and all new developments on the system
User group meetings twice yearly where the users are welcome to discuss their experience and future development.
